Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TermsBox (termsbox.com), operated by TermsBox. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how refunds work for all purchases, including one-time addons and subscription plans.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You retain access to all paid features until your current period expires.
  • After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your hosted policy URLs will remain active, but premium features such as automated scanning and premium addons will no longer be available.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund under the following condition:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Prorated Refunds

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-billing cycle, we do not issue prorated refunds. Instead, you will retain access to the higher-tier features until the end of your current billing period, at which point the lower-tier plan takes effect.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refund eligibility is the same as monthly subscriptions: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
