Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.

The free plan includes all 8 policy generators with base templates, hosted policy URLs, unlimited policy edits, a cookie consent banner with 5,000 views per month, and manual scanning. You can purchase premium addons (GDPR, CCPA, analytics, etc.) as one-time purchases.

Your previous purchases earn you credit toward a subscription. Credits cover up to 3 months and are applied automatically at checkout.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

Free plan documents are static: they reflect your settings at the time of generation. Paid plan documents are living: they auto-update when your compliance requirements change based on automated scans.

The Starter and Professional plans both support websites, making them ideal for agencies and freelancers managing client sites. Each site gets its own consent banner, scan schedule, and policy documents.
